last saturday went for jap dinner with jo barney j-tsen n his sis..i donno how to spell her name..sry~~

n i have to book lo..n its booked under MRS.Lau..hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...
n there's 2 branch..damansara utama n perdana n i donno which one am i supposed to book..good thing booked da correct one..haha

it was cheap lo as we used da voucher..spend rm160 n above..get rm80 discount..
cant rem each of us paid how much..rm22 ah?around there la..hehe

n joleen's so jakun dat she's so tempted to clap to call da waitress/waiter(jap tradition) after j-tsen did it..but dat time we're supposed to leave d..so call them for no reason?haha

thursday nite again went for another gathering..
its for da taman negara trip..
excluding me..there's 9 ppl..n i only know 2 of them..which is joleen n barney..

at 1st kinda wad lo..meet up..but as we arrived..
wah..haha..
they're funny..xD
i guess we laughed from da moment we sat down till we finish our meal..haha
great nite tho..
then after dat went yc..
then come back..
continue with my asg till 2am..gah~
at least its done now..=)

kitchen week..

hoho..last week was kitchen practical week..
guess wad we did.....

monday applied tech class..preperation for da next day..

chef started to teach us parts of chicken n stuff..how to c if its cooked..
then she ask which part cook faster..drumstick or breast..most of my classmate ans drumstick cos got lesser meat..haha
n so my chef started with da breast n leg theory..which made almost everyone laughed..

then chef demo how to truss da chicken without da needle..cos wan us to think our own way using da needle later on..
at 1st she said truss..i tot 'trust'..bodohed..

each station needs to prepare 10 pax..sot lo..end up we didnt have any break..9-1.30 straight..

it taste ok la..kinda sour to me..but with da cream it taste better apparently..cos i think its sweet..so it wont taste too sour..just nice..

oh..of all days..it rain so heavy on dat day which im supposed to go sungei wang with joleen..ish ish..
it rains so heavy till its like so cold in da pastry class..n ppl outside playing with da...wap..
