mssd is so so near, and u guys most of u guys are in the last year of vball, think of it, its ur last year, supposed to be a long time ago u've started training hard n serious. theres no stop for goyang kaki sessions throughout the training, im sure u're aware of that as u've been in the team before. bare that in mind, u guys have less than a month more before mssd, and im sure u guys would like to go for msss,after all this years in vball.

you dont have to worry bout the guys team nor the un15girls, concentrate on ur own team, im serious, u have to teach them to be serious, 1stly it comes from u, do the trainings properly, no fooling around,drinking water whenever u like, don treat is as just a vball outing, its a TRAINING. do the warm up procedures properly,ball stretching everything, dont proceed to spiking if u guys dont know the spiking steps, before doing spiking, u guys have to do the steps, im sure u've seen it, and if u dont know, just ask myc, feel free to ask her, she's ur senior.

u guys gotta take this seriously if u guys wanna win, talk to them bout this la. tell them at the rate u guys r training now, will u guys get a place?im sure u guys want too,especially the ones in their last year. im sure u guys don’t wanna regret not training hard enough, YES i know u guys attend trainings, but r u guys REALLY training? and also. u guys gotta work together, everyone including carmen, NO HARD feelings,no talking about ppl behind their backs, u know how this works what, dont bring hard feelings into the court. it'll really cause probs when u guys play the match.
