monday..
i have my kitchen applied tech class..n we fillet fish as we got kitchen practical da next day n its for serving..tee hee...
ohhhhhhhh..now i rem wad happen on monday..
it was super jammmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...-.-"..i think no need say y d la rite..
n i was late for class like 30-40 mins..
go up..masuk class..ceh..teacher also haven arrive yet..only those who stayed nearby reach..rofl..
then went back down to grab bread to eat..hehe
tuesday..
oh..after i park my car i walk out la..n guess wad i saw..
this school bus..da big one..almost terkandas?is dat wad u call?lolx..
its like..reversing so he can turn..then da front pass d..then da back tyre roll over da big rock..*my parking place there mmg lots of stones n big rocks one then so ngam 1 rock is by da side of da road*..i was like..omg~~~...then it roll over..and slunt to da right..im like omg~~..then it fall back to da left..then shake left right left right..gosh..dat was close..-.-....btw..no passenger inside..but still~..
kitchen practical..was kinda cool..but kinda kelam kabut also..haha..
need to prepare for 2 tables..2 pax each..
damn swt lo..starting starting so slow..then both table come fire da main course together..
so was kinda slow with da fish..n it didnt really turn out dat good i guess..ahh..not our fault ah..da pan's fault..=p..
da last piece we fry for tasting turn out not bad cos we used other group punya pan..so donno da one dat being served how..ahah

sole - flat fish
flesh of sea bass..
halfway filleting da sole..hehe
da sauce for da fish..lemon butter sauce ah?

da starter..tomato salad with poached egg..
da main course..this 1 we do for testing one..so its incomplete..haha
wednesday..
nth special i guess..wad did i did yesterday ah?lolx..
yalo nth special..during acc class..ok la..can cope abit..quite slow la..i need to use my bm term..haha..
n so class end bout 30 mins earlier..then me n ling went n do our basement parking thing..then head home..
and today~..(a longggg one)
damn smart lo..1st day go for basement parking..knowing me..doing sth for da 1st time i sure sesat one..
got 3 entrance..i saw all is for visitor..tak nampak student..rofl..so nvm la..turn in only..
then wanna "ti tit" my card one..but donno where's da thing..so im thinking..really for visitor only mehhh..so i juz take da ticket n keluar la..within 15 mins ma..
so when i get out i called my fren..then still abit sesat nvm..find my way..again..now i went for da 2nd turning..at 1st over d one..then i saw "for season parking only"..so i think shud b this one la..
so i turn in.."KRAK!"..shoot!!..reverse..then go in..then i saw this black thing..im like don tell me this is for da card ah..yes it is..omg..looks so cacat lo..like i noe dat's for da card..*yes its me..ish*..
then i feel my car damn weird..so i went down n check..rite..tyre really sth wrong..in a way..call it pancit..so move damn slow lo..then park..go up..call dad but mom pick up..told her then kena lo..say y so cha..*as usual*..then later on my car kena drive away n come back again later on..haha..
so sway lo..last time 1st time park outside..kena da big stone scrarch my car abit..
now 1st time park basement kena this thing..urgh~~
class for today was professional activities..a 4 hours class..
n so its more like event management liddat lo..then each group come out with their own event..then end up vote..
cut it short..
our event is like a carnival liddat la..
this term we plan n we'll apply it next term..=)
n im working under PR..what's this man..dat's like da worst job i can do?rofl..
then we have pastry class on d afternoon..
sort of a refreshment on wad we did end of last term..
i think this was da paling relax pastry class we eveer had..
mayb cos most of da part chef do n we juz ask ques n learn..
BUT..da next class..we need to do it as an assessment..=(
n most of them r like so hyper i donno y..hahah..
oh..not forget to mention..
we actually make a draw with paper c who r we gonna partner with for da pastry class..lol..but end up also no use..cos we're not da one dat's working..haha
