Financial Planning?

Sometimes I wonder, is it better to spend all that you've got and not save (ok la, maybe not dont save, but maybe not holding back on spending when you want/need to?)

It really does makes me wonder, how some people (People A), despite being financially low every single time (or at least it seems to be), but still able to spend on things they want/like to do? regardless on food or vacation etc.

and on the other hand, another party (People B) knows they are a little tight (maybe not exactly, but due to want to save, yes), tend to control themselves and not to spend unnecessarily? and trying so hard to not spend too much on other small little not so costly entertainment as well. At the same time, thinking how else can they earn more or spend less to have more savings.

Now tell me, which is a smarter choice? A i guess?
you spend all you can, or even all you cant (but somehow can), struggle on your financial, just sufficient for you, but you get to enjoy all you want, no stress in planning your financial.

Well, like what people said, you cant bring your money into your grave anyway, but it somehow makes me frustrated.
