conflict?

pls..don put me in dilemma..

sometimes to think..would u rather do things as a group or individually..ofcos..depends on wad group u have also la..but if u choose individually..wad r u gonna do when its a must to have a group?do everything on ur own?ofcos no rite..

im just trying to say..no matter as a group..team or classmates..once u're in it..dat's it..no matter u like it or not..u still have to b in da same group..
can u imagine u're in da same group as someone u kinda dislike?wad r u gonna do dat moment?ignore da fella like mad?let da fella do all da job?or don let da fella touch anything at all?well..i dont know..

basically..by what i've experience..yea..i rather work in a team..altho at times..i would rather do stuff all by myself if i think i can do better..

just in college..ppl have already make such a big fuss..in group proj..
disliking this fella la..this la dat la..
most of all..being a hypocrite..
wanna be one also..play ur role properly la..
its normal la..but still..

i mean..whose group wont have conflict one..i think most of da groups sure got problem one lo..no matter a big one nor a small one..

whoever dat noes wad am i saying about..n noes wad happened..or those who r involved..pls la..if u ppl r in da same group..y would u wanna put ur own group member in trouble?does it do good to urself?i doubt..it'll not only bring both of u down but also da whole group..agree?

just gotta say..
1. if u dislike whoever it is as a leader..then don choose da fella..choose other ppl..if u donno who to choose n u ownself don wanna b..end up da person u dislike be the leader..then don make such a big fuss over it n obey it..

2. don think so straight la..=/..sometimes ppl shud learn how to think from diff point of view..no matter selfish way of view or d opposite..or mayb sometimes..put urself in da fella's shoe n think bout it..

3. ppl may not know wad xactly is going on..n by thinking wadever u heard is true..end up blame wrong fella..*oh ow*..n later on heard another story again..have a mind set on da fella again?well..tho the stories might sounds right..but as an outsider or mayb listener..its very hard for us to judge liddat..we may have our own perspective of thinking..but no one noes da truth xcept da fella itself..agree?don have to bother much..like wad ppl says..bak kata perpatah..'siapa makan cili dia rasa pedas'..ahaha

4. what have happen happened..what can u do?like it or not..dat's da way it is..wad u can do is do ur best n dat's it..if u didnt do ur best..regret is wad u get in d end..if u did ur best n things still don go right..wad blame can u put?its meant to be liddat..

seems like a busy body huh?=p
but ofcos..to all group out there..no matter how u dislike it..u still have to face da same old ppl for more than a year still..its ur choice to make it a mess..or to overcome it as soon..
