jog go run!

run run run..
jog jog jog..

been running for almost a week i guess..
skip here n there la..haha

hesitating if wanna run today..but weather so nice!
end up i slept till 7 then..then felt lz d..hahaha
but still went la..semangat lehhh..hee

manage to complete 5 rounds straight today..*claps*
n that's like only 2km!
not even half of the target..tsk tsk tsk

donno y stomach don feel so well after running..
empty stomach ah?don think so rite..
n wad's my dinner now?

n mom said sth like "y eat maggie..arent u supposed to eat outside 1st only come back?"
i donno wad to reply..haha..perhaps cos normally sunday will lepak at jo place till nite only come back..wops..=p

went n watch therace in my coll just now..
mayb if i didnt go n watch..they could have won?
bring my bad luck there..hehehehe

coll starts tmr..
almost everyday 8am class..=S

don have da coll feel yet la..
so lazy to study d..wops..hehe
perhaps cos i don feel that bored during this 3 weeks of hols..
n initially i tot it'll b super boring nth to do..hehehe
wad i did actually?didnt really like go outstation or sth also..
yc?badminton?karaoke?stayover?movies?summore?hehehe

i guess i need to go shop for coll stuff again..
court shoe/cover shoe..
slacks..
n mayb some formal top?hehe

later need to pack for tmr luu~~

Eat bananas. Will giv u temporary energy n drink lots of water at least 15 min before u jog so u will b hydrated.

i do know cw but its not that extream. its works fine just before exercising. over eating could cause someone to bloat up.

u can keep guessing.
