cooking n baking class!

i have my applied tech on monday..kitchen practical on thursday and pastry class today..=)

monday we learn how to cut..the veg..yeap..haha..

yesterday we start to cook~woo..n marks were given..score so little..=/
anyway..need to cook veg/clear soup and salad..
n now pic time..

turned out to b like dat..why le?i think we lose mark here..cos don really have da taste..to me got abit taste only..quite tasteless..=p

so sort of last min add in water..stir stir abit..then need to hidang d..to me consider not bad d la got abit taste there..lmao
but my bread was nice..=)

u noe..me n my partner..always think ours r like not nice n stuff..compare to how other ppl do..but always in d end..chef sure say consider ok or not bad one..
last time also liddat..this time also liddat..
then we made mayonnaise..it turn out super diff than d others..but its ok also!ahahah..

oh..yesterday after class..went pyramid with joanne to makan lunch..wendy's..hehe..
n i still cant find my joey cd..=/

and so today..baking class..
wad i bake leh..its called..choux pastry..
consider quite ez to do la..but not sure if can do it at home or not cos don have da electronic thing to boil da thing..unless can use da gas thing lor..
